Refund Policy for Bravomonster Limited

At Bravomonster Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality remote control toy cars and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy in line with UK consumer laws.
1. Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund. Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a refund or return under the following conditions:
a. Change of Mind - You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to notify us of your decision to return it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
b. Faulty or Damaged Items - If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. After 30 days, we will repair or replace the item, and only provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
3. How to Request a Refund

Provide Details: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional steps.
4. Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For faulty or damaged items, Bravomonster Limited will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a pre-paid label.
5. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items not purchased directly from Bravomonster Limited.
- Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition (unless faulty).
